MISSION URJA

Mission URJA is not just a project — it is the first light in places where darkness was not a condition, but a legacy. It is the deliberate act of delivering renewable energy to some of the most deprived tribal regions in India, where over 85% of our beneficiaries had never experienced any form of electricity before.

Through solar-powered systems — from streetlights to community-level lighting — Mission URJA does not simply illuminate; it dignifies. With each panel installed, each path lit, and each home touched by clean power, we are restoring not only visibility, but possibility.

So far, 34 tribal villages have been empowered through Mission URJA, with a clear path toward 100 by the year 2028. The numbers are measurable, but the change is not: children studying at night, women walking safely after dusk, entire hamlets reimagining what tomorrow could look like.

This is energy that doesn’t extract — it enables. It’s not technology imposed, but technology invited.

Project Eklavya

Project Eklavya empowers women in rural and tribal communities to build micro-enterprises that foster income, identity, and dignity.

Over 300 women entrepreneurs have been supported across Velhe, Bhor, Mulshi (Pune), Adyali, Sondi (Nagpur), and Dal Lake (Kashmir) through skill-building, mentoring, and market access.

This growing impact is made possible by the support of Netcracker Technology, Imerys, Persistent Foundation, Calderys, and TATA — partners committed to women-led rural transformation.

Project Dhruv

Project Dhruv empowers students from underserved rural and slum communities with life skills, mental health support, communication, and technical training.

It currently serves over 50,000 students from 30 schools and 5 orphanages in Pune, across standards 8th to 12th, with 40% from rural areas and 60% from urban slums.

Supported by Imerys, Persistent Foundation, Calderys India, and Bharat Forge, Dhruv is building confident, future-ready youth.
