Village Samiti Leadership
A 5-member community body governs local implementation, ownership and accountability at the source.
From rural classrooms to urban ecological systems, every intervention we design is rooted in structure, clarity and measurable impact — built to be owned by the communities we serve.
Founded in 2018 to bridge critical development gaps, TREE Innovative Foundation works at the intersection of infrastructure, environment and education.
We focus on enabling access — where the absence of energy, learning systems and ecological balance limits growth and opportunity. Rather than one-time solutions, we design decentralised, scalable models capable of replication, adaptation and long-term impact.
Over time, our work has structured itself around four core verticals — clean energy, education and community well-being, sustainable livelihoods, and integrated village development — each built to function independently and as part of one interconnected system.

Building decentralised, community-owned impact systems across India — a self-reliant rural and tribal India that powers, teaches and sustains itself.
Innovate · Implement · EvolveTo innovate, implement and evolve decentralised, scalable socio-technical upliftment systems across energy, education, livelihoods and environment — enabling communities to build self-reliant, measurable and sustainable futures.
Socio-Technical UpliftmentEvery intervention solves a real, on-ground challenge with measurable outcomes.
We build frameworks, not isolated solutions — for scale and long-term relevance.
Communities are stakeholders and participants in change, never just beneficiaries.
Clear processes, measurable metrics and responsible governance.
Models designed to evolve across geographies, needs and environments.
We run each village as a socio-technical system — governance, expertise and instrumentation working as one measured, self-correcting loop that keeps impact live long after handover.
A 5-member community body governs local implementation, ownership and accountability at the source.

Structured records instrument every intervention — the transparent data layer partners can verify.
A team of builders across development, technology, operations and community — driving purpose into practice.

Program leads, field coordinators and community mobilisers who turn plans into lasting change, village by village.
