Dhruv
A field-first initiative nurturing life skills, communication, digital readiness, and mental wellness for students from underserved schools.
Measuring Our Impact
From classrooms to confidence Dhruv has reached thousands of students with life skills, mental health tools, and a renewed sense of self-worth.

Small, focused group sessions that allow facilitators to give each student full attention, while respecting the sensitivity and privacy required in adolescent mental health discussions.
Immersive role plays and hands on visualization technique encourage students to think creatively about the issue they are or they will face in coming years. This helps students develop confident problem solving approach.
Project DHRUV conducts special sessions with students on mobile de-addiction, responsible use of social media, and protection from cybercrime.
To reinforce this learning beyond the classroom, DHRUV also conducts a one-of-its-kind Mobile De-addiction Rally, encouraging students to reflect on their digital habits and spread awareness among peers, families, and the wider community.

Our life skill trainers undergo in-depth and intensive preparation that equips them with the skills, knowledge, and facilitation techniques required to conduct effective and engaging classroom sessions. The training focuses not only on content delivery, but also on classroom dynamics, emotional sensitivity, student engagement, and handling difficult conversations with care. This ensures that every session is conducted with confidence, empathy, and impact.
Through corporate exposure visits, DHRUV connects students with real workplaces and real people.
These experiences help students imagine possibilities for their own futures, inspire them to stay in education, and understand how learning today connects to opportunities tomorrow.
Career guidance sessions along with sneak peak into the ‘office life’ gives student exposure beyond the four walls of classroom that help them to grow in all the dimensions simultaneously

Through the DHRUV sessions, I started getting answers real answers, based on correct information, not fear or shame. The sessions made me feel safe to ask, listen, and understand. Slowly, the fear and confusion I had about these changes started reducing.
Now, I actually look forward to the days when the DHRUV trainers comes to our school. Every session feels like a space where we can be ourselves, ask anything, and learn together. It has helped me feel more confident and less afraid of the uncertainty I once had.
After the DHRUV sessions began at school, I noticed changes slowly. My child started talking about their day, about things they learned, about how to handle stress. They seemed lighter, more confident, and less angry with themselves.
I felt relieved knowing that someone was teaching my child how to deal with emotions and pressure things we were never taught growing up. DHRUV gave my child support I didn’t know how to give on my own.
I wish we would have also gotten such support when we were going to this time in our age
Project DHRUV brought a structured, sensitive, and practical approach into our school. Their sessions were engaging, age-appropriate, and culturally relevant. Students who were once disengaged began participating actively. Teachers noticed improved communication, better emotional regulation, and a more positive school environment.
Initiatives like this are highly recommended for schools even by the Ministry of education of our Maharashtra state
